FOUR TIPS FOR MAKING AND MANAGING YOUR ONLINE APPOINTMENT:

  1. Make sure you are booking the correct day.

  2. After selecting your desired time and barber,  please click “confirm”.
  3. Please do not delete your confirmation e-mail.  This is the only way you can cancel/change your appointment if need be.
  4. Lastly, our system displays the very next slot available.  This may take you to the next day simply because we are “booked out” on the day you are viewing in our system. No need to call the shop to notify us, we are aware that the system operates this way.
 

Cancellations

We recommend calling the shop to cancel your appointment: (630) 588-7000

TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT ONLINE:

Please retrieve your confirmation e-mail that you received after you made your appointment.  On that e-mail is the “Manage Your Appointment” icon in the color blue.  Once on that page you will be given 3 options: View, Book Again and Cancel.

You will need to use both the Book Again and the Cancel icons.  Simply, booking your appointment again does not automatically cancel your existing appointment.
